Evaluation of the Development of National Higher Education System Based on TOPSIS and Entropy Weight Method

By using the index data from 14 countries with relatively mature higher education development in UNESCO database, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for health status of 2010 to 2019. establishing “vision” model, optimal level under five dimensions current is established.By comparing scores China and other dimensions, it found that there still large gap between China’s world leading corresponding fields talent training, scientific research economic development, while external environment international exchanges are expected catch up or even exceed advanced short term.
